Dr. Devendra Singh

Dr. Devendra Singh is an accomplished Gastroenterologist from Bilaspur with a broad experience in the diagnosis and management of diseases affecting the gastrointestinal tract. He is presently the senior consultant Gastroenterologist at Apollo Hospital (Bilaspur) with an alternative practice at Liver & Gastro Centre (Bilaspur) where he meets patients with a prior appointment.

Besides MBBS and the MNAMS title conferred by NBE, Dr. Singh has achieved dual degrees in DNB - one in General Medicine and the other in Gastroenterology. These qualifications have been finalized through institutes like VSS Medical College (Burla) and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (New Delhi). Mentored by top doctors like Dr. Randhir Sud and Dr. Anil Arora at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Dr. Singh not only gained high order skills in his area of speciality but also honed them. With the execution of over 40,000 endoscopic procedures, Dr. Singh has carried out a high volume of work so far.

Dr. Singh previously held the esteemed position of President of IMA Bilaspur branch in 2015 for which he was bestowed with the ‘Best President in the State’ award. He is frequent invitee as a faculty to national level meetings in workshops related to Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Endoscopy.

Apart from this, Dr. Singh has featured in several television and radio interviews and strived to raise awareness and highlight issues on various gastrointenstinal disorders.
